Terms & Conditions

Terms of Trade for Simplifly Limited, T/A Mee Loft NZ   

  1. Payment Terms:

   - All orders must be paid in full before shipment. 

   - We accept payments via debit/credit card or bank transfer. 

   - We do not accept “lay-bys” or credit 

  1. Pricing:

   - Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. 

   - All prices are inclusive on New Zealand GST. 

   - Bulk order discounts may be available; please inquire for details. 

  1. Order Processing:

   - Orders of items in stock will be processed within 2 business days from receipt of payment. 

   - Custom orders may have longer processing times; customers will be informed accordingly. 

  1. Shipping:

   - Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

   - We offer both NZ Post and Courier shipping options. 

   - Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen.  

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

   - All returns need to be authorised by Meeloft NZ Limited. 

   - Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. 

   - We do not accept returns for items that have been used or are not in their original packaging.  

  1. Warranty:

   - Our products come with manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. 

   - Warranty claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

   - Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear. 

  1. Customer Support:

   - Our customer support team is available during regular business hours to assist with inquiries and issues.

  1. Liability:

   - Mee Loft NZ is not liable for any injuries or accidents resulting from the use of equipment supplied by us. 

   - Users are responsible for ensuring they are properly trained and follow all safety guidelines. 

  1. Privacy:

   - Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties. 

   - We may collect and use customer data for order processing and marketing purposes; customers can opt out of marketing communications. 

  1. Governing Law:

    - These terms of trade are governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

    - Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with New Zealand law.
